1. Senior Executive, Legal & Compliance Affairs

The Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (CMCF) is looking for a driven and intellectually curious Senior Executive, Legal & Compliance Affairs to support our legal, regulatory, and policy functions, based in Cyberjaya with flexible working conditions.

What You’ll Do

Provide legal and policy research, analysis, and advisory support
Contribute to the development of the Content Code and national content standards
Support cross-agency policy work on digital content and online safety
Assist the Complaints Bureau with case assessment and analysis
Track laws, regulations, and platform policies impacting digital content
Draft and review agreements, SOPs, policies, and governance documents
Work with regulators, external lawyers, industry partners, and digital platforms

What We’re Looking For

LL.B or equivalent legal qualification
3–5 years of experience in legal, regulatory, policy, or compliance work
Exposure to media, communications, or technology sectors
Strong research, drafting, critical and analytical skills
A passion for digital policy, online safety, and responsible content
